PATRICIO RAMOS

music composer & producer

I am a passionate music composer and producer that was born and raised in the vibrant heart of Mexico City, specializing in crafting immersive soundscapes for video games, films, and television. My journey took a significant turn when I moved to the United States to support my brother during his battle with cancer, an experience that deepened my appreciation for the power of music in healing and connection.

While living in the U.S., I seized the opportunity to study music production at Full Sail University in Orlando, where I graduated as valedictorian. I embarked on my musical career amidst the challenges of the pandemic, juggling multiple jobs, including working as a driver for a dry cleaner, to support my family.

When my brother recovered, I returned to Mexico, where I continued to pursue music as a freelancer. I composed jingles for audiobooks, created music for short films, and produced tracks for Instagram reels. Driven by curiosity, I delved into sound design, successfully handling the entire sound design and mixing for an indie short film.

My hard work paid off when I landed a position at a local Mexican studio, focusing on mixing and sound design for films and television. My credits include numerous commercials and series now available on platforms such as Disney+, Vix+, and Sony Channel, as well as a feature film released in theaters.

After gaining invaluable experience at the studio, I decided to fully embrace my true passion for music. I now work as a full-time freelance composer and producer, dedicated to creating captivating musical experiences for various media.
